Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each candle is carefully prepared and packaged.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Locations
At this time, JessiTive Energy Candle Co ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be offered in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
JessiTive Energy Candle Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
JessiTive Energy Candle Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. JessiTive Energy Candle Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders due to incorrect address information.
