Return & Store Credit Policy

At Jessitive Energy, each candle is intentionally crafted and carefully packaged. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we do offer store credit on eligible returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be:

  • Unused and unlit

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit Only

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit only.

  • Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Jessitive Energy.

  • Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at jessitiveenergy@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, issue store credit or a replacement as appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Wax melts that have been warmed

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on candles or wax products that have been used, lit, or altered in any way.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before submitting a return request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unlit, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved EU returns will be issued store credit only, not a monetary refund.
